Payment Information for Buyers Paying in a Currency Other Than AED
Our company is based in the United Arab Emirates, and all bank accounts operate in AED (Dirhams). Buyers from outside the UAE may incur small additional fees from their bank or payment provider, such as currency conversion or international transfer charges, usually not exceeding AED 100 for the most expensive courses. These fees are beyond our control and are not included in the listed prices.
Refund Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction with our education courses. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. Please contact our support team within 7 days of your course registration to initiate the refund process.
Payment Processing Fees
We are committed to providing high-quality services/products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, please note the following regarding refunds:
- Non-Refundable Processing Fees
All payments processed through our online payment gateway (e.g., Stripe, Tabby, Tamara) incur a non-refundable transaction fee (typically 2.9% or as applicable). In the event of a refund, this processing fee will be deducted from the total refundable amount, as it is not reimbursed to us by the payment processor.
- Refund Amount
The refunded amount will equal the original payment minus the non-refundable transaction fee. For example, if you paid AED 100, and the Stripe fee was AED 3.90, you will receive AED 96.10 as a refund.
- Acknowledgment
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that any applicable payment processing fees are non-refundable, even in cases of cancellation or refund requests.
Discount Policy
We adhere to fixed pricing for all our courses and do not offer any discounts beyond those officially announced on our website under any circumstances, except for the group discount, which will be explained later. Any promotion or discount offered will be transparently published on the website, with the maximum total discount not exceeding 15%. This policy ensures equal registration opportunities for all participants, without individual discounts or special agreements.
Group discount* (applies only to individual registrants and does not apply to companies)
- 5% discount for groups of 2-3 persons.
- 10% discount for groups of 4-5 persons.
- 15% discount for groups of more than 5 persons.
* Group discounts are not applicable during ongoing promotional offers.

To ensure that this support reaches the right audience, access to courses under the special pricing plan is restricted to users physically located in Egypt. We verify this through location-based restrictions on our platform.

Corporate Quotation Policy
Corporate quotations are issued at the standard base price only, without applying promotional, group, or seasonal discounts.
This ensures pricing consistency, as corporate approval processes often require additional time during which time-limited website promotions may expire. Individuals registering directly on the website may benefit from any active promotions using the available payment methods.
Terms for the Exam Retake Coverage Offer
This offer is designed to support serious and committed learners and applies to the ASP / CSP / CFPS exam preparation courses, subject to the following terms:
1) Course Commitment
Full commitment to completing all course content and provided materials.
Adherence to the official study plan provided by the platform.
2) Readiness Assessment
Learners must coordinate with the platform before booking the official exam to assess readiness.
The platform reserves the right to postpone exam booking if readiness is deemed insufficient.
3) Question Bank Requirements
All questions in the question bank must be completed.
Minimum achievement scores are required as follows:
ASP/CSP: at least 70%.
CFPS: at least 80%.
4) Financial Conditions
This offer is not valid in conjunction with any discounts (group discounts, seasonal promotions, coupons, etc.).
The offer applies only when the course is purchased at full price.
5) Exam Retake Coverage
The platform will cover the exam retake fee one time only.
Coverage does not include any additional fees (rescheduling, no-show, late fees, etc.).
6) Exclusion Cases
Failure to complete course content or the full question bank.
Booking the exam without prior coordination or approval from the platform.
Failure due to misconduct, cheating, or exam cancellation by the certifying body.
